Jennifer Bell

As a mother of two daughters, Jennifer Bell is happy to call DeKalb county their home. The family moved here in 2006. Both daughters are proud DeKalb Barons! The public school community is paramount to planting the seeds in its students to grow a generationally strong culture of giving back, of being involved. Jennifer strives to make the world a better place for her daughters and believes that effort begins at home and will naturally be beneficial wherever any person may live.

Jennifer grew up in Toledo, Ohio. She attended public schools and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in European Economics from the University of Toledo. She enjoys the fine arts and has performed with the Toledo Symphony playing the violin. Jennifer practices and is a Yoga instructor. She also has extensively volunteered with the Fort Wayne Ballet and the Fort Wayne Youth Theatre. Currently, she is part of the financial team at Eckart Public Library.
