Angie Holt

Angie Holt grew up in DeKalb County and graduated from DeKalb High School, after which she earned an Engineering degree from Purdue University and an MBA from Xavier University. Angie recently returned to her hometown to become involved in the family business, Rathburn Tool and Manufacturing, and now serves the company as President.

Angie worked in California immediately after graduating from Purdue, but moved back to the Midwest and spent the majority of her career in Cincinnati, Ohio in a variety of roles, including project management, finance and operations. She enjoyed her work in large corporations and the opportunities they afford, but has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for a close knit community.

Angie and her husband, Dave, reside in rural Waterloo with their 4 children, who attend DeKalb Central school district. Angie and her family love the combination of family, community, and opportunities that DeKalb County offers.
