Dr. Scott Armstrong
Dr. Scott Armstrong is a long time resident of DeKalb County. After graduating from Dekalb High School he attended University of Indianapolis where he received his undergraduate degree in Biology. He furthered his education with his acceptance to Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine and chose Family Medicine with his life long goal of treating families in his own community. Scott and his wife Valerie are very actively engaged in the community where their 4 children attend DeKalb Central Schools. Valerie is an Occupational Therapist and serves as a Member of the DeKalb Central United School Board of Trustees and also serves on the DeKalb Central Foundation Board. Scott is also an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine for Indiana University School of Medicine, co-medical director at The Woman’s Care Center in Auburn, a Member of the Dupont Hospital Board Of Trustees, and Lutheran Health Physicians Medical Director of Quality and Technology. Scott enjoys being an assistant wrestling coach at DeKalb High School and Middle School. “It’s important to my wife and I to give back to our community and support it’s growth and success.”
