Chris Straw

Chris Straw is the Founder and President of Team Quality Services, a firm dedicated to helping companies identify and prevent quality issues. A graduate of Purdue University, Chris is also a decorated officer, pilot, and veteran of the U.S. Air Force Reserves, having flown combat missions in Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan.

While he continues to fly both professionally and personally, Chris now enjoys empty nesting in Auburn, Indiana, with his wife after raising their four children. Committed to community service, he actively volunteers and serves on the boards of several organizations, including the Northeast Indiana Defense Industrial Association (NIDIA), Northeast Indiana Works, and Northeast Indiana (NEI), Parkview DeKalb Hospital and the Community Foundation of DeKalb County.

Chris’s leadership and dedication have been recognized with numerous honors, including the Ernestine Raclin Community Leadership Award for Northeast Indiana, induction into the Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame, and DeKalb County’s highest honor, the Allen Graber Citizenship Award.
