Angie Holt grew up in DeKalb County and graduated from DeKalb High School, after which she earned an Engineering degree from Purdue University and an MBA from Xavier University.

 

She worked in California immediately after graduating from Purdue and moved back to the Midwest, spending the majority of her career in Cincinnati, Ohio in a variety of construction management roles, including project management, finance and operations. She enjoyed her work in large corporations and the opportunities they afforded her but has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for a close-knit community.

 

Angie returned to DeKalb County to lead the family business, Rathburn Precision Machining, in 2018 and currently serves as company President.  Angie and her husband, Dave, reside in rural Waterloo with their 4 children. Angie and her family love the combination of family, community, and opportunities that DeKalb County offers.
